Hi Linda,

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that I am really enjoying using your new Ring Light Effects Eye and De'collete' Souffle' (advance introduction sampling). After reading about the healing benefits of the some of the primary ingredients - mushroom and Vitamin K for example, I've been using a small drop on some broken blood vessels on my cheek. I am amazed at how it has helped soften the redness. I am now able to use less concealer. I will continue to use it daily. Thanks so much, for another terrific product!

I'm interested in shaking things up a bit for my skin care regime.  I've known Laurie for almost 25 years and though she was given a genetically perfect canvas, she’s always worked hard at taking care of it - her skin is flawless! 

I don't have flawless skin. I’ll be 50 this year and still have pretty oily skin. I rarely break out and have typical wrinkles - forehead, frown, around mouth and below eyes.

I have very sensitive skin!!!! 
Currently I'm using Obagi, (also using their Retin A formula once a week) except for: moisturizer, exfoliator - am/pm I'm using Clarins eyes, mask, sun screen (which I hate) – Meaningful Beauty.

I'm struggling to find a sun screen that is more of a matt, especially since I already have oily skin, I don't want anything to make me shiner.

I'm located in San Jose, I'm not sure if you have a location that I can and visit or do you do phone consultations?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I am now in Orlando shooting a show for Disney.  It was all I could do to get through Thanksgiving in CT and the last week of DWTS, to get here. Thanks so much for the box.   I’m sorry to see that you paid a steep price to get it delivered – but have no fear, it’s been delivered and the girls love it. Jo-Jo M. is one of our make-up artists and also the sister of Jenny M. – who’s co-hosting New Year’s Rockin’ Eve again. I’ve been pushing Jo-Jo to do the Cleo eyes for Jenny and she’s up for it – pending Jenny’s wardrobe, etc. Anyway, Jo-Jo will likely be calling you at some point to order product and may have already emailed a thanks to you. I told her to mention me, so you know where she’s from. Also, I’ve delivered product to Brooke, Carrie Ann and Kym J., plus the head of make-up for the women. All are appreciative and will give feedback – so you might be hearing from them. They’re all so excited about not having to put harmful ingredients near their eyes – so you’ve won them over even before I handed the products to them. I’ve told all of them about the 6 am-midnight details and they’re blown away – especially Jo-Jo who has worked for Jenny and others forever.

I’ll be away from most of them for the rest of the month, as I do other shows, but I’ll see Jenny & Jo-Jo in NY for New Year’s, and I’ll keep you posted.

We met yesterday at the Expo in Sacramento.  I purchased a skin care kit.  I had wanted to speak to you in person, but you were busy and I ran out of time. 
I am a 52 year old woman and have noticed a huge change in my skin in the last couple years..(thanks to menopause I am sure is one factor).  I have tried several skincare systems such as Obagi, Nerium etc..  Anyway, I have not found a skincare system that has helped to reduce the fine lines, wrinkles or even appearance and health of my skin.  I have some somewhat severe lines around my mouth that I am most self-conscious. This last year I have noticed the elasticity in my skin has diminished.  After meeting one of your long time customers, speaking to your husband and noticing how smooth and wrinkle/blemish free all of your skin was, I am anxious to try your products. 
We spoke briefly about your sun screen and your customer spoke highly of Once Again cream (I believe).  I am not sure if the Once Again cream is the daily moisturizer that your husband recommended for me, but I am definitely in need of a daytime moisturizer.  I’m hoping that you might be willing to make some suggestions for my skin.
I noticed that Make My Day Beautiful! also has a make-up product line and I am very interested in those products, as well.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance and suggestions.  I hope to hear from you soon.

The new Make My Day Beautiful! products are amazing!  The Sun Up To City Lights is a wonderful primer for makeup.  I ride my bike to work and back home (only about 2 miles each way), go for a run, pick up kids from school, drive them around to sports practice, cook dinner, and at the end of the day...my skin still looks great!  I was amazed the very first time I did this.  I know, I really should be washing my face after workouts and most of the time, I do.  However, some days just go by so fast that there really isn’t the time.  The Reboot, again, wonderful product.  The morning after, my face feels like a baby's.  And it smells so nice it makes me want to eat it.  It has been a while since I've had both of the serums (the Elastology Lotus Firming Serum and the ALA lifting serum) together and boy, there is a huge difference.  There's a nice glow again.  The Good To Be Green face wash is also very, very nice.  It does a great job of removing make up and hydrating my skin.  I still use the sponge from the Clientele face wash with the Good to Be Green.  I also love the mascara.  It doesn't clump, run, or smear and it removes very nicely. I want to be sure that I am using all these products in the right order, so here is my routine in order of use:

Night Time:
face wash
Reboot Buff (3x a week)
mask 2x week (I’m looking forward to trying your new mask!)
Botanical Breeze
ALA Serum
Elastology Lotus Firming Serum
20 % Glycolic
Once Again With Blueberries
ALA Eye Crème

Daytime:
face wash
Botanical Breeze
ALA Serum
